After spending over a year at Eleven Madison Park—yes, that fancy three-Michelin star restaurant where you should wear a crown while dining —Nancy has decided to sprinkle her magic all over her own food empire.


Now, she’s not just cooking; she’s leading the charge in the culinary world, plotting future plans that include classes and mentorship—because the combination of fine dining sophistication with the authentic depth of Vietnamese cuisine is just too amazing to gatekeep.


When she’s not busy whipping up deliciousness, you can find Nancy hanging out with family and friends, practicing her aim with a bow and arrow (because she's badass like that), or globe-trotting like a pro.
