Gourmand Assembly is the culinary venture of two passionate friends from New York City, Nancy Nguyen and Linh Tran. Chef Nancy Nguyen, a Vietnamese-American, brings her rich heritage and extensive experience, from her family's Pho business in My Tho - Vietnam to her time at the acclaimed Eleven Madison Park, a three-Michelin star restaurant in New York City. Alongside her, Linh combines her expertise in corporate marketing with her love for food and events, creating unforgettable dining experiences. Together, they craft menus that celebrate global flavors, inviting you to indulge in a journey of taste and connection.
